Somehow, I managed to screw up the appearance of a custom theme on my WordPress blog.
It’s a 3 column custom theme and not a free WordPress theme. Column 3 became aligned directly below column 1. And, blog posts in column 2 migrated over to column 3. I wasn’t sure where to turn. I don’t mind paying for good service but you’re never sure who will do what they claim they can do.

We eventually linked up via Skype and through the magic of modern technology I was able to link to a website and watch everything Wayne did to fix the problem. That was nice to see the cause of the problem and now I know what to look for in the future if that ever happens again.
I look forward to learning more from the group and especially from Wayne. I’ve signed up for his upcoming program [Your WordPress Made Simple] to learn as much as possible about WordPress. Even with that knowledge, I’m sure there will be some other technical issue that I won’t be able to deal with and I know where to turn.
I also mentioned I would like to make future changes and additions to the site and he’s ready and able to help when that time comes.

The process is very simple. One of the WordPress Live Help staff will hold a session with you while you are watching their screen while they fix you WordPress issue. Pretty simple right? Well I told ya!
What do I do next?

- You will be directed to a page where you will choose the time that best suits you and what time slots are available.
- Once your session has ended, you will be sent an invoice via PayPal for $45 for each 30 minute time slot that has been used.
